Important Note for Sony TV?s:

Problem: The glasses cannot be paired with my TV, what should I do?
Solution: Please perform the following steps

Run the latest update for your TV. It?s recommended to use an USB-STICK for an Update.
Activate Bluetooth on your 3D TV. Normally bluetooth is always activated.Run your TV in 3D mode. Play 3D content on your TV
Press/hold the power button of the glasses up to 60 seconds until the lenses turn dark. (Hold the power button even if the glasses are shown as “registered” on your tv)

If connection has failed try this:
Make sure that you have specified in the settings of your TV and AV receiver output to 1080p & repeat step 4.
Deactivate iMotion Flow on your TV. Repeat Step 4.

Other source of error and possible solution:

It may be that the Android operating system of your TV's is frozen. Restart the Android system. Therefore please hold the “on/off” button on the TV remote control for about 8 seconds. The TV will automatically shut down and reboot. Check the Bluetooth Settings. Than push the home button on your remote. Try to sync from the home menu. Press and hold the button on the glasses for a few seconds to perform pairing in the home screen. After that play 3D content on your TV and pair the glasses again by pushing and holding the Power-Button until the Lenses turn dark.
